The LivWell Framework is a 6 month 1:1 coaching experience for women stuck in the binge-restrict cycle, perfectionism, and all or nothing thinking.
It’s not just fat loss. It’s a full lifestyle and mindset transformation focused on long term food freedom, confidence, and consistency (without dieting).
You’ll move through 4 phases and get access to 12 courses, 60 lessons (10+ hours of content), covering binge recovery, emotional eating, mindset, nutrition, movement, body image, and building habits that actually stick.
We coach women all over the world! However, you must be 18 or older. If you’re under 18, our one-time purchase plans may be a better option for you.
Let’s be real, if you want life-changing results, you need to commit for a reasonable amount of time (no quick fixes here!). As the LivWell Framework is delivered over the course of 6 months, that is our minimum commitment period. This is to ensure you have enough time to see real progress, and complete the LivWell Framework.
Once you enquire, our assistant Charlie will contact you. This allows us to focus entirely on our current clients, ensuring they get the most out of their coaching. You’ll be invited to a consultation call, but you can also do this via text or voice notes if you prefer. Don’t worry, you’re in safe hands!
No, absolutely not! You can request changes to your plan during your weekly check-in. This ensures it accommodates factors like cravings, seasonal changes, and injuries. However, you should stick to the same workout plan for a minimum of 8–12 weeks for the best results.
Yes, absolutely! We cater to all dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, halal, and PCOS-friendly options. In your questionnaire, we’ll also ask about your food preferences and dislikes to tailor your plan accordingly.
No! Everything is personalised to you so you can do the workouts at home, in the gym, or a mix of both, whatever suits your lifestyle. We also offer nutrition only coaching if that’s something you’re interested in.
You can cancel your coaching subscription anytime after completing your minimum commitment period. We require one month’s notice so we can open your spot for a new client. There is a 14-day cooling-off period where you can cancel, but this is voided once you’ve logged into the app and accessed your plans.
