Hey, I’m Liv! Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of women break free from the all or nothing mindset, heal their relationship with food, and achieve results that actually last.

I know the struggles first-hand too. I used to feel stuck in the cycle of binge eating, “starting again on Monday,” and chasing quick fixes that never worked. Step by step, I made sustainable changes, lost 20kg, and completely transformed my health and mindset.

That’s why I coach the way I do, combining proven knowledge with empathy and real-life understanding. No crash diets. No guilt. Just results you can be proud of, and a lifestyle you’ll actually enjoy.

Hey, I’m Jazz! Think of me as your sister in your pocket!

I’m a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Gym Instructor, with experience across a range of roles in the fitness industry. I’ve worked with so many women to overcome binge eating, let go of the all or nothing mindset, and step confidently into the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.

My approach is positive, down-to-earth, and supportive – I’ll be right by your side to make sure you get the most out of your journey. Outside of coaching, I love spending time with friends and family, cuddling dogs, and getting lost in musical theatre.

Hey, I’m Kelsey!

I’m a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Gym Instructor. I’ve been many clothing sizes and trained across everything from half marathons to powerlifting and bodybuilding. I’ve been active my whole life and in the gym since 2012, moving through fat loss, muscle building, and recovery phases shaped by health challenges. That lived experience is why my focus is helping women feel genuinely healthy and confident. My coaching is supportive, personalised, and sustainable. I adapt my approach to each woman because every journey is different. No matter where you’re starting, your body and mind deserve to be treated well.
